If you’re always bored with breakfast, we want to share healthy breakfasts that are quite easy to make and vary the flavors of your palate during the morning.




You will not need a lot of ingredients, just try to try it! Change the ingredients that you prefer to make a healthy breakfast perfect for you.




1. OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of almond drink
1 protein scoop
1 tbsp seed chia
1/2 small banana
Cinnamon

2. Mix all the ingredients and then reserve in a container in the refrigerator (2 hrs- all night)

3. EGG QUESADILLAS

Ingredients:
1 chopped tooth
1/4 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped spinach
4 clear + 1 yolk
30 gr of low-fat mozzarella cheese
Spices: chipotle, salt .. coconut oil spray

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees if you do not have the barbecue toaster. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a nonstick skillet, add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, approximately 1 minute. Then add the rest of the vegetables. Sauté for 2 more minutes.
Separate the yolks from the whites and pour into a bowl. Then add the spices and beat well. Finally, add the vegetables previously sautéed.
Then pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until it is no longer soft. Then turn it over with the help of a silicone spatula …
Make the quesadillas:
On an integral flour tortilla place half the egg cake, half the cheese and close the kneecap by folding the corners.

6. OAT CREPES WITH STRAWBERRY MARMALADE

If you are new making crepes do not be discouraged if the first one does not turn out perfect. Remember that practice makes perfect. Already for your second crepe you will surely do much better.

Crepes ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of water
2 egg whites + 1 yolk
2 envelopes of stevia
Cinnamon
For strawberry marmalade:
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/3 cup of water
Instructions:
Beat all the ingredients, then transfer to a bowl and let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
Preheat a small skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle some coconut oil. Then pour the mixture into the pan with the help of the 1/3 cup measure, then rotate the mixture around the pan to coat it in a thin layer. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the bottom of the crepe, is golden.
With a rubber spatula border the crepe to detach it from the pan and thus turn it without problems. Cook 1 more minute.
For marmalade: In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, sauté the strawberries with the water moving constantly until you get the texture of jam. Finally, fill the creams with fruit and nut butter favourite.
