Princess Eugenie’s Wedding Dress Will Look Like This, According to These Bridal Designers

Check out these wedding dresses ideas for Princess Eugenie’s; from Brides

The date is set; The padparadscha sapphire engagement ring is on her finger; And all the details are seemingly falling into place for the royal wedding between Princess Eugenie of York and her fiancé, commoner Jack Brooksbank. On October 12, 2018, Eugenie, Prince Harry’s cousin and ninth in line to the throne, will walk down the same aisle that Harry and Meghan Markle descended down earlier this year at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor. But this royal wedding will have some distinct differences from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s nuptials.

For starters, Princess Eugenie has already stated that her wedding day will be completely plastic-free. The environmentally conscious royal told British Vogue, “My whole house is anti-plastic now—and Jack and I want our wedding to be like that as well.” And unlike Meghan Markle, who followed British royal wedding traditionby only including small children in her bridal party, it is rumored that Eugenie’s sister, Princess Beatrice, will stand beside the bride as maid of honor. Way to pull a Pippa Middleton, Bea!

Similarly, we expect that Princess Eugenie’s wedding dress will be wholly different than that of Meghan Markle’s Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy gown. They are two individual brides, after all, with dramatically different styles to boot. But in that case, what exactly will Eugenie’s wedding dress end up looking like? Well, we have some ideas…

We’ve recruited your favorite wedding dress designers and asked them to choose one gorgeous gown from their collections that they think is perfect for Princess Eugenie. Here’s what Hayley Paige, Amsale, Rita Vinieris, Lela Rose, and more think she should walk down the aisle in on the big day. According to Lela Rose, this royal bride should opt for an opulent A-line shilouette and off-the-shoulder cut. Meanwhile, Rosa Clará envisions conservative long sleeves for Eugenie. And Hayley Paige sees her in a style featuring stunning floral embroidery.

Do you think the royal bride-to-be will end up wearing something similar to these wedding dresses come October 12? We can’t wait to see!

#Rivini by Rita Vinieris *"Elegant and graceful as she is, the type of dress that is ideal for Princess Eugenie is one that would be the epitome of class and refinement yet exudes strength of character. A dress that is the perfect combination of femininity and grace and is befitting and reminiscent of legendary royals, but with a modern flare that is relatable to women of today. A timeless classic that can be passed down from generation to generation." —Rita Vinieris*

“How exciting a year it’s been to have two royal weddings in 2018! Even though she is a royal, Princess Eugenie is still a young 28-year-old woman who has great style… and the only royal to have her own Instagram account! As far as predictions go in terms of her bridal look, I could imagine her wearing my Lindsey gown. The subtle yet ornate beading, paired with the delicate floral lace pattern would effortlessly compliment the architecture of St George’s Chapel.

My Kristabelle (above) and Laurel wedding dresses also serve as royal worthy options, offering more coverage with sheer long sleeves that are so popular with today’s brides. Considering Princess Eugenie’s always on-trend fashion taste, elaborate beading and delicate feather accents match her youthful, feminine personality with soft, flowing fabrics contrasting the gothic textures of venue.” —Madeline Gardner

The Pascal gown has an English garden meets Grecian goddess vibe, and the bodice placement offers strategic coverage along the décolletage, shoulders, and arms making it appropriate for royal fashion etiquette. I also love the harmonies of metallic, mint, and blush stones that complement Eugenie's pink parparadscha sapphire engagement ring oh so perfectly." —Hayley Paige*
